Hi, my name is Patrick Mwila. I currently serve as the Acting ICT & Innovations Administrator at the Information and Communications Technology Association of Zambia (ICTAZ). In this role, I lead efforts to coordinate IT infrastructure, implement solutions tailored to organizational needs, and provide consultancy on technological tools that enhance the efficiency of end-to-end operations and events.
Beyond my professional responsibilities, I enjoy blogging about computing technology and everything that is of interest to me.
In addition to my work in technology, I have a strong interest in financial literacy, investments, entrepreneurship, and, more recently, effective nutrition and healthful living.

Acting ICT Innovations & Administrator
In this role, I lead efforts to coordinate IT infrastructure, implement tailored solutions, and provide consultancy on technological tools that enhance the efficiency of operations and events. My responsibilities span across system development, cybersecurity, and IT strategy, ensuring innovation and efficiency in every project.
Management Trainee
In this role, I played a key part in system development, process automation, and IT infrastructure management. I worked on enhancing internal operations through technology-driven solutions, improving efficiency and security.
Intern
In this role, I was exposed to office desk work, from making coffee for my bossesđ, managing frustrated members, to doing all the manual work I was givenâwhich I eventually automated, because automation is what I do best!
Student Teacher
As a student teacher, I took on the responsibility of delivering quality education in Computer Studies and Mathematics, ensuring students grasped both theoretical and practical concepts effectively.
Awarded Paid Student Portal Developer
Worked closely with a master's student to investigate the feasibility of designing and implementing a national scholarly research portal. My role involved technical research, system analysis, and prototype development to assess viability.
